As I said earlier - I wanted to do a giveaway for my 50th pattern posting. I am a few days late, but the giveaway day is finally here! I wanted to thank those of you who have been stopping by, and also get some feedback.
The prize is: 3 types of yarn (you get to try out my new favorite - Caron from the $Tree - and find out that is it actually pretty good yarn) and a crochet hook, size G. And if I am feeling nice, maybe a completed project.
There are 3 ways to enter (yes, you can do all 3, but please do the first!)
1) Leave a comment with a suggestion or idea. I want to know what you like or do not like, and what you would like to see more of. If there is a completed project that you love, let me know! And while I have your attention, check out the new tabs at the top of the page. :)
2) If you follow me or I am in your reader, leave a comment letting me know that.
3) I like Ravelry, and want everyone else to as well. If you are a member there, friend me (if we are already friends, just leave a comment saying so). If not a member yet, just join and then request to be my friend. Make sure you leave a comment here, so that it can be counted as an entry. My link: http://www.ravelry.com/people/themegababe
Make sure your email is enabled in your profile or you leave a valid email address. I need to have a way to contact you if you are the winner.
Good luck! This contest closes on Saturday, March 6th (2 days before my wedding anniversary) and the winner has 3 days to get back to me. If I have not heard back by then, I reserve the right to choose a second winner!
You're so good at crocheting, how about videos?
ReplyDeleteMittens! Amigurumi! These are actually the things that I'm hooked on lately... But I mainly want to let you know that I love your blog, you're in my reader, and in about 5 minutes or so, you'll be in my ravelry as well ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love your cute patterns! I make a lot of baby gifts, so more patterns for baby blankets, sweaters, toys, etc would be great. I also like patterns for afghans and scarves.

I do not crochet but I knit. I love any of the Caron brand yarn. I made 2 shawls out of Caron shadows. They are so soft. I made a poncho and hat for my nephew's step daughter age 2 out of Caron simply soft. I can't say enough good things about this yarn.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see amigurumi patterns and tutorials!
