Giveaway Week: Day 4 - Package of Goodies

Giveaway closed. Thanks to everyone who entered! Come back again for another fun giveaway!!
-------

Today's Giveaway is from yours truly.  If I designed patterns and sold them,  I would definitely offer that up, but alas, I do not.  So you get a fun mix package, kinda like a 90's mix tape...

What is your prize, you ask?  Well it is a sweet assortment of crafty goodness!  You get fabric, yarn, ribbon, and coasters.  And I will probably throw in a few extra goodies as well.  :)  Want a closer look?

Talk about fun fabric -- kittens, flowers, and weddings!

Charlie Brown Christmas coasters.
These coasters were originally supposed to go in my shop... until I realized Charlie Brown was a licensed character / print and I could not sell them!  But it's okay, because now you guys get the extra goodies!  Andi f you are super bummed that you did not win, there will be another giveaway with these bad boys in December.... but not here!  I will let you know where to go though!

A perfect set of coasters for your Christmas coffee.. . or tea...
Do you want to win this fantastic prize package?  I bet you do.  It's the same details as before, but it stays open a bit longer!!  Here's how:
  1. Leave a comment on this post telling me what you love to make the most?  Something crocheted?  Something baked?  Something sewn?  A little of everything??
  2. Check out my etsy and let me know what you think of the coasters I have up.  What would you change?
  3. Leave another comment if you follow on blogger or google reader or wherever else.
  4. Share this giveaway on your blog / facebook / twitter and then come back and leave a comment letting me know you did so. (you may thank the lovely Laurie for this extra step, originally it was just a 2 entry option!)
Contest closes at midnight on November 27th, 2010. I will announce the winners on the 28th. You get four entries per person / ip address. If your profile is set to private, then make sure to leave your email or a way to get in contact with you! Good luck

  1. So fun! I love to do all of those things, sewing, crocheting, baking, but I am especially into sewing right now!

  2. Crochet is definitely my favorite. Probably has to do with the lack of sewing machine, though. =)

  6. What do I love to make the most.

Well, I got an email from the Wyoming County (NY) SPCA telling m e that they received my package with crocheted apples/gourds/pumpkins(same basic pattern just different colors.) in it and sold all immediately for $5 each.

So, these are my favorite items to make now. I can sit and make the catnip toys in the evening while watching TV. I have found hearts to make for Valentines Day, Red Hearts 12 Days of Christmas had Cupcakes I have made . . .and I think I will do come Christmas Stockings.

It so warms my heart to know they help them make money that they SO NEED for their fur~babies.

  9. You may want to think about making a large X from opposite corners on the coasters. When they need to be washed it will keep them from curling or maybe not have to press them flat again. On the other hand you could put a small quilting pattern in the center.

  10. I love, love love crocheting. In particular scarfs and afghans. But I also enjoy quilting so your material would be great!!

  11. I love to crochet, its so easy to put down and pick up again later...plus there are no sharp needles for my two year old to steal like when I sew! Just found your blog today - I loves it!

  13. I love to make lots of things, I find granny squares incredibly addictive to crochet but I also like to knit, sew, embroider, cross stitch, anything really!
I've looked at your coaster and I wouldn't change the design as they're lovely, I think I would make them a bit bigger though as I'm a fan of the giant mug of coffee!!

  14. I only know a few basic crochet stitches, but I love to crochet and I love to sew!

  15. Well I just have to enter because I LOVE Charlie Brown things :) These coasters are so adorable. I like to make all kinds of things (crochet, cross stitch, dorky little paper crafts) but I guess my favorite thing is to create in the kitchen -- cookies and breads and jams and stuff. Thank you for hosting this giveaway!

  16. Your coasters are really pretty! I think the autumn leaf ones in your shop are my favorite. I think your shop looks really nice. The only thing I could think of is that maybe it would be fun to photograph them outside, on a cute table so you have some natural light? Maybe there's a nearby coffee shop that wouldn't mind?
