Pattern # 248:  In the Mood for Blue American Girl Outfit

It's another week of American Girl patterns!  And from today's pattern, I will choose one outfit.  Not all 5! Which one do you suggest making?

    The coat and hat are pure cuteness, but I also like the little skirt and blouse set.
