Scott and Joy's Wedding!

The main reason that we went to New Mexico was for Scott and Joy's wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and I was so glad to be able to attend. I instagrammed a lot -- purely to keep those who could not make the trip in the loop! Okay, and because I just love taking pictures! If you noticed that I have on glasses in the rest of the pics, it is because my contacts got tossed! That was part of the craziness of 9 in a home. haha Anywho, here are the pictures from the ceremony and reception.

Line Dancing

Craziness with my partner in crime / dance partner Lindsey!

My handsome date!
Life happens. I take pictures. I happen to like to share my pictures. Deal with it. More craftiness should come soon!

Scott's House and Rehearsal Dinner

The third installment of our Scott & Joy wedding extravaganza is here. Friday was the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Since our men were in the wedding, we got to join in on the fun! The dinner was at this cool restaurant in the hills ourside of Los Alamos. The food was amazing and the (pink!) cactus margaritas definitely whetted our whistles.
I wasn't a sorority girl, but apparently I always pose like one!

Learning some line dances back at the church.

Whipped Cream vodka? Yes please!
Saturday morning was spent cooking breakfast together before the big day! We enjoyed bacon, eggs, waffles and mimosas!
Those cups are from the college group where we all met. Ironic that we are
having mimosas in them, right? haha

Our pinterest inpsired hair. Love it!
Part three to come tomorrow!

Road Trip!

Back in May (over Memorial Day weekend) we took a road trip to New Mexico for a friend's wedding. It was a long weekend, but so much fun! I'm breaking up the trip into a few posts, because I took way too many (Instagram Addict, much?). These are all from the van. We rented a seven passenger van for our seven passengers on the trip. It was a really nice van, even if it was a bit of a tight squeeze.

Starbucks in Barstow, about an hour in. The only way to do these things!

Made it to Arizona (and I got Matt to pull over)!

Lunch in Williams, Arizona

Quick (three hour) detour to see the Grand Canyon!

Getting a little burpee action at a rest stop.
And we had to get back home, right?
Shhh! Matt's sleeping!

Playing MASH and learning about the military in the backseat
This is how we keep an eye on our "kids" haha
